FIRE ALARM AND FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM DESIGN
Our services include design of fire alarm and fire protection system, file and obtain NYC Fire Department Plan Approvals. Design new or modified fire alarm systems and sprinkler alarm systems to meet the latest NYC Building and Fire Codes for all types of occupancies. In addition, we also expedite plans and obtain necessary approvals.
CODE CONSULTING
We offer Code Consulting services for review of systems designed by client's engineers and contractors. Review and critique are offered with code reference based on our extensive experience and knowledge in Fire Alarm Industry.
PRE-INSPECTIONS
Our services include pre-inspection of Fire Alarm System installation to verify compliance with Fire Department approved plans. We provide a punch-list for all deficiencies found based on our pre-inspection. The client's contractor can perform corrections based on our punch-list prior to the actual FD inspection, so that holds up and delays of temporary construction sign-offs are avoided. This contributes towards easy and hassle-free of initial TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) by the NYC Department of Buildings.
